Kite Packaging is launching their 2022 Field Sales Academy, designed for those who have a talent for selling and want to develop a career in field sales. From its start in 2001, Kite Packaging has grown to a £140m company and through the Academy is recruiting up to 9 candidates to join its existing 40 strong field sales team.

We are looking for ambitious candidates to join the Field Sales Academy team with the potential to progress into Kite Business Development Managers.

Running over an 18 to 24-month period, the successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive sales training programme, designed to give exposure to a wide range of Kite’s sales functions and activities.

From the start in 2001, Kite Packaging has grown to a £140m company and through the Academy is recruiting candidates to join the existing hugely successful call centre team.

We are looking for hard working individuals with strong communication skills, drive and determination who would thrive working in a professional fast paced, fun environment

The role for the first six months is a trainee position in which the successful candidate will receive full training and ongoing support. This will follow with the opportunity to graduate to a permanent Telesales role within the company after six months.

Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

This is a full time, permanent position, with hybrid working available, as well as very competitive company benefits.
